Additionally, you may not always have enough work to keep them fully occupied. With MKRS, you get unlimited design requests for one monthly price, offering flexibility to pause or adjust your plan as needed. This way, you only pay for design services when you need them, without the overhead of a full-time hire.

We include a cancellation notice to ensure a smooth transition for both you and our team. For the Starter and Standard plans, a 60-day notice allows us to wrap up ongoing projects and finalize any remaining tasks. For the Pro plan, we offer a more flexible 30-day notice, providing enough time to complete complex projects while maintaining your design needs until the end of your subscription.

Absolutely! You can submit as many design requests as you’d like, and we’ll work through them one by one in the order you submit. If you have a priority project that needs a faster turnaround, just let us know, and for an additional rush fee of $250, we’ll move it to the top of the queue.

We’ve made it easy and personalized! You’ll receive a custom project request link tailored specifically for your business. Once you submit a request, it’s automatically added to our project management system, Basecamp, where we manage all details. Whether you need to upload files or share specific instructions, everything is organized for seamless collaboration.

Yes, we do! Our custom website designs are created in Figma and coded in WordPress. For eCommerce projects, we work with Shopify. Website coding and maintenance are available for an additional $1,500 per month. Please note, we do not work with platforms like Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace. With the Standard plan, you can request one website design, and with the Pro plan, you can request up to three.

These services require a higher level of creative input and time commitment, which is why they are only available in the Standard (for custom illustration) and Pro plans (for branding and complex packaging). These packages are designed to handle more intricate and detailed design requests that go beyond basic design tasks.
